With a college degree, graduate of any 4-year college course preferred,
With good English communication skills both oral and in writing;
Have customer-service experience dealing with local and foreign nationals;
Have translation skills from Philippine language and dialectsto English language;
Have experienced internet social networking;
Possesses a pleasant personality;
Computer-literate; with good knowledge in MS Office applications;
Has passion for quality and productivity;
Highly competitive and a goal seeker;
Team player and works well with others;
Flexible and willing to learn;
Possesses attitude for excellence beyond customer satisfaction.
