Job Title or Position

ACCOUNTING MANAGER (Gen. Santos City)

Responsibilities:

    Accurate and timely recording, classification, summarization, interpretation and reporting of Financial data.
    Control, monitor a timely disbursement of Account Payables (A/P) and timely collections of Account Receivables (A/R)
    Perform analysis of budget & profit/ loss performance
    Implements accounting procedures and control within the organization.
    Can set up internal control and procedures to promote efficiency in collections.
    Ensures that the company has enough funds to support a smooth flow of operations.

 Requirements:

    Candidate must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
    Male/ Female with at least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
    Work experience in intensive and alternative poultry farming/ breeding/ husbandry system/ dressing plant operations or equivalent is preferred.
    Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, meet deadlines and be able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
    Highly analytical & detail-oriented
    Must have good interpersonal skills;
    Must possess high integrity and professionalism;
    Must be good in planning and organizing skills.
