Pinoy Nurses, we need you! Teleperformance Davao is in need of 25 agents for the month of September to work with a US Healthcare Process. We highly prefer nursing graduates or a graduate of any medical course. Successful hires will begin ASAP!
Qualification
Job Description:
* Handle inbound calls from medical providers / patients.
* Solving every customers concern and problem with best information
* Continue and gaining new learning on the products and services
* Performing professional customer care representatives
Minimum Requirements:
- At least 18 years old and above
- A graduate of Nursing or any related course
- Exceptional communication skills in English and great call handling skills
- Must be flexible for changes and has the sense of urgency
- Willing to work on shifting schedules including graveyard, weekends and holidays
- Savvy in computer & internet navigation
- No prior application with Teleperformance for the past 60 days
- No prior employment with Teleperformance
