Description or Nature of Work:

Basic Job Description:
Receive calls from customers.
Assist customers with their Travel and Hotel booking concerns.
Provide solutions to the concerns of the customers regarding their account problem.
Discuss the instructions to the customers as clearly as possible.
Encode important details about the customers.
Record and encode the transaction.
Politely greet and finish the transaction with the customers.

PREFERABLY WITH Telco account but not required
